Are there seniors unable to drive making them dependent upon others for transportation to medical appointments?

Scheduled transportation is provided Monday through Friday for 3801 Grand tenants, and there are no additional charges for this convenience.

Are there cases where improper nutritional balance is affecting a senior’s health and cognitive balance?

The dietary staff at 3801 Grand  provides 3 meals daily, offering a variety of well balanced and tasty menu options.  There is an emphasis on details of presentation to make every meal a fine dining experience.

Do you know a senior living alone and experiencing social isolation?

3801 Grand employs a full time Activities Coordinator.  A wide variety of scheduled activities are offered to broaden social horizons and provide cognitive stimulation.  Our reading rooms feature a variety of reading and audio selections. A broad offering of crafts, games, discussion and programs make each day bright with opportunities.
