In May 2010, Newbury took on the management of Woodland West Condominiums. At that point, 48 units in buildings B & C had been renovated and had been sold as condos in 2007, with the intent to continue with the entire property. That plan never came to fruition, so buildings A & D had been sitting vacant for a couple of years. On March 1, 2011 renovations began in buildings A & D, and all of the 48 rental units in those buildings were renovated and occupied by the October of 2011. Newbury manages the entire property, including the rentals and the condos on behalf of the homeowner’s association.
